I am not an expert, but I usually fix my problems using the Manjaro wiki and forum. I’ve been unable to connect to the Internet for about one month. I have not done anything out of the ordinary that I recall. I am not sure if I lost the ability to connect after an update, or if something else caused the problem. I am unable to connect to the Internet using my Manjaro system.
